October marks National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an opportunity and a call to reflect on the latest research and deepen understanding of this pervasive disease.

ACCC recently hosted the webinar series, Implementing the New CMS Reimbursement Billing Codes for Patient Navigation Services to inform members about the recent policy changes and what they mean for providers. In implementing the new codes, CMS seeks to enhance the availability of patient navigation services and in turn improve equitable access to cancer care and other types of health care services.

The final day of the 41st National Oncology Conference began with an international panel of cancer care providers representing Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Egypt, Sweden, Nigeria, and Australia to share and learn from common challenges and best practices.
