- Small system (2-5 hospitals) = $1,650
- Medium system (6-10 hospitals) = $2,200
- Large system (11-15 hospitals) = $3,300
- Extra large system (16 hospitals and more) = $5,510
- Each Cancer Program linked to a System Member = $824.00
