The Taiho Oncology Patient Support™ program offers personalized services to help give patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals access to Taiho Oncology products, including: 

  • Benefits investigation
  • Prior authorization assistance
  • Appeals assistance
  • Coordination of prescriptions with pharmacies

Patient Affordability Assistance

  • $0 Co-pay program enrollment for eligible commercially insured patients
  • Patient assistance program designed to provide free medication to eligible patients who are uninsured or underinsured
  • Referrals to third-party foundations for co-pay or other assistance based on eligibility and additional criteria
  • Referrals to Medicare Part D Low-Income Subsidy(LIS)/Extra Help Program

Reimbursement Assistance

Taiho Oncology Patient Support™

Taiho Oncology Patient Support offers a host of services to help patients and practices get access to Taiho treatments, including:

  • Benefits verification
  • Prior authorization and appeals support
  • Financial help
  • Coordinating prescriptions with pharmacies
  • And more.

To enroll, healthcare professionals can complete the enrollment form online using the portal or fax the completed downloadable enrollment form to 1.844.287.2559.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance

Taiho Oncology Patient Support™ Co-Pay Assistance Program

Commercially insured, eligible patients can enroll in the co-pay assistance program to potentially reduce their out-of-pocket expenses to $0, based on eligibility and additional criteria,

Patients may be eligible if they:

  • Have commercial or private prescription insurance coverage
  • Have a current and valid prescription for Lonsurf or Inqovi
  • Reside within the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

Patients are not eligible for the co-pay program if their prescriptions are reimbursed, in whole or in part, by Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap, VA, DoD, TriCare, or any other state or federal healthcare programs.

Patient Assistance Program

Taiho Oncology Patient Support™ Patient Assistance Program

The patient assistance program can provide financial assistance to eligible patients who are uninsured or underinsured, based on eligibility and additional criteria.

Independent Charitable Foundations/Organizations

Taiho Oncology Patient Support™ Referrals

Taiho Oncology Patient Support can refer eligible patients to third-party foundations for co-pay or other assistance, based on eligibility and additional criteria.
