Jeanie Troy is the Oncology Patient Financial Navigator at Lake Region Healthcare Cancer Care & Research Center in Fergus Falls, MN. She began her career in healthcare nine years ago in the Revenue Cycle department. She has spent the last four years serving as the sole Financial Navigator at the Cancer Center.
Jeanie was responsible for creating and implementing the Oncology Financial Navigation Program utilized at Lake Region Healthcare’s Cancer Care & Research Center. The Program was created to reduce financial distress and increase treatment compliance for oncology patients. She is very passionate about supporting patients and the cancer center team to help them best care for those they serve.
