Dr. Jasmine Kamboj is a board-certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist at the Mayo Clinic Health System, Minnesota. She earned her medical degree from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India. She trained in Internal Medicine at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago and pursued a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston.
Dr. Kamboj has served on the Health Equity and Government Relations Committees at ASCO. She has been a strong advocate at the Capitol Hill for cancer related issues, like prior authorization, that directly impact cancer care and outcomes. Dr. Kamboj has been awarded “ASCO Advocate of the year Award,” and has been honored with the highest level of Advocacy Championship, “the President’s Circle.” She co-leads the ASCO Communities of Practice on Policy. She will be working on the ASCO International Affairs Committee for a term of 3 years, June 2024-27.
